Robert and I head out tomorrow morning for the cities for a little dress shopping, family time, and baseball! Keyon is staying back this time. I would actually like to see the baseball game :-) Hoping to have some good luck dress shopping, it's never fun to dress shop when you're not a size 6, so hopefully I'll be in the mood to try on dresses.
Keyon and I have been sick all week and I am finally feeling a little better today. The joys of having kids. They bring the best home from daycare :-) Keyon still has a nasty cough but seems to be doing fine. I have mastered using an inhaler after yesterdays doctor's appointment even though Bob claims I look like I'm taking a bong hit. Yes, he actually said that. And no grandma I'm not explaining it to you. :-)
Haven't done too much crafting/decorating/thrifting but still have a few projects I need to post to show you all my crazy ideas. Bob says I'm "unique". LOL I guess that's one way of putting it!
We started swimming lessons this week and Keyon is by himself this time. The last two times I went with him in parent/child classes but now he is by himself. Bob and I were pretty nervous but he did wonderfully. He did get a little cold in the water about half way through, but I am assuming that might have something to do with the fact that he isn't feeling the best either. Keyon also got a hair cut this week and luckily it is starting to grow on me. The lady butchered the front! I know, I know I have two beautician mothers and still can't seem to get my kid a decent hair cut! It will grow so no worries but just took a little getting used to. His hair was pretty shaggy too so it is a bit of a drastic change going from that to this. We are going to dye eggs shortly so you will be able to see the new doo after I post the pictures.
Happy Easter!!
