I'm home alone on a Saturday night. It's been a while since I said that. Bob is in SD working and his sister begged to have Keyon one night this weekend so tonight is the night. It is really weird being in the house all alone but it was a good day all and all. I got some much needed Hannah time and also got a nice chunk of homework done. Especially since we will be out of town next week I needed to get some done before then.
Not a whole lot new here on the home front. Keyon is growing like a weed. Had to go buy him more pants the other day because all of his are too short! He is still tiny on the waste but is starting to stretch out. It is so crazy to see him grow up before my eyes. He has also been talking SO much more. Within the last few days he has been going crazy with new words. He now says truck and choo-choo to name a couple. Other words that he has said for a while are becoming so clear. I'm so proud of him! We have really been working hard and glad he is coming along so well. We call him our little Jekyll & Hyde as he is sweet as can be and then a little turd in the same sentence. I guess thats part of being a 2 year old. He has had to sit in the time out chair the past few days quite a bit as he is been screaming again. Bob was home the past few days too and I was happy to have 2 people to go at the little bugger when he gets in one of his moods. He is such a good kid, but boy can he be a handful at times!
Heather (Keyon's mom) has once again showed how much of disappointing person and mother she can be. She only sees Keyon 6 days a month (3 days, every other week) and the past week she decided against having him one of her days. I am so glad he is not old enough to realize that he was supposed to go with her and that she abandoned him. What a pile of crap she is! She has court again on Monday and I'll be there with bells on so hopefully something will come of that and we won't have to worry about her for a while. I know this is going to affect Keyon later in life, but all I can do is love him and support him the best way I know how.
Well I better get back to my wild party here. Ha ha. Better tell the dogs to quite down a bit :-)
