Staples and Bribery

So last night was an interesting one, as I ended up coming home with 4 staples in the back of my head! Ouch! I hit my head on the corner of a cabinet door in the bathroom and bam...4 staples! It's all good today, just a little sore. And for some reason I decided to get the staples without getting it numbed first. Maybe part of my brain did fall out when I bumped my head, or maybe I'm just that tough! :-) Either way, it hurt!!

Keyon and I have been going to the library lately and he is enjoying it quite a bit actually. They have a really great children's area with lots of stuffed animals and cool things to look at. Today he was interacting with a younger girl. It was pretty cute to watch. I have always been a huge fan of the library as I love to read, and being able to have about any book at my finger tips really toots my horn! Yes, I know I am a big dork.

Tonight while getting a few necessities (paper towels, diaper wipes, etc) I bought Keyon a Mr. Potato Head. Oh my goodness was he excited. He could barely contain himself and once we got home he climbed in the back and ripped it out of the bag. I love it when a 10 dollar toy excites him like this! We had a lot of fun playing with it tonight and I about died laughing when he put on Mr. Potato Head's glasses. What a doll! :-)

 Lately all I have been able to do to get Keyon to brush his teeth is bribe him with something else.  It ranges from stickers, small toys, to gum (sugar free of course!).  Not sure if bribery is good but hey, it's working!!!
