Hollywood Fit Club

The gym I go to nearby is having a weight loss competition. It starts April 21st and goes until June 30. Three grand prizes (not sure what they will be) in body fat percentage loss, weight percentage loss, and nutrition trivia. I need the extra motivation and am always up for winning something, especially if it is only a free month at the gym. Every little bit helps! We had to pick a famous person as an alias name to be put on a big board to display our weigh-ins and I could not think of anyone for the life of me. She read off a few of the other ones, Miss Piggy..Wonder Woman..Jennifer Aniston..Kristie Ally..Julia Roberts.. just to name a few. Well I ended up going with the celebrity Fergie. Wish me luck!

The weather has been gorgeous all week except for today. We actually hit 80 degrees yesterday. Absolutely wonderful! Makes me excited for summer, until I woke up this morning to the wind and cold. It was still about 50 degrees, so not very chilly, but seems like a shock from yesterday. Keyon and I went to a park in town yesterday and found that they were setting up a carnival. Even though it was a bit chilly, Bob and I took Keyon to the carnival this afternoon. Keyon was a bit uneasy at first but eventually enjoyed the kiddie rides and didn't want to get off when his turn was up. He especially loved the train and cars. Wasn't too fond of the carousel but it might have been because of the creepy carny that was working it too : )

We don't have any big plans for the weekend, planned on getting the pool liner in and starting to fill it but the weather isn't supposed to be very warm and the liner needs at least 70 degree weather to install. Bob starts his job out of town on Tuesday so probably just enjoying as much time together as we can. Its going to definitely be a little different without him around at night. : (

Well my yawns are less than 2 minutes apart, better start getting ready for bed. The little man was up way to early this morning so I'm draggin today! Have a good weekend
