It is 65 degrees out! I am loving this weather, and not sad I'm missing out on all the snow and rain in SD still. Yes I'm rubbing it in that I'm enjoying the wonderful sunshine. It has been nice all week, and we have been outside all week as well. We have Keyon this week and although it started out really stressful, everything is going really well. Sunday our usual exchange day was more drama filled than usual thanks to Heather. She really is a piece of shit. And thats actually speaking nicely about her.
Bob and I went to Green Bay last weekend to return a few things and get the flooring for the bathroom. We went out for supper and had a few beers while waiting for our table. I had heard of "Spotted Cow" before because it was on the news not to long ago. A New York bar was being sued as Spotted Cow beer is special only to Wisconsin and they were selling it. Anyway, they had spotted cow where we ate supper so I tried it and it was delicious! It's made in New Glarus, WI and is definitely a plus to living in Wisconsin!! :-)
Tonight I am making homemade pizza for supper (it's in the oven as I type actually) and we are having a special sausage on it called "Cudighi". I guess it is really popular in the Upper Peninsula. I will let you know how it is! Who knew that living here had so many perks?! Haha
Even though the weather has been gorgeous lately, can't complain as Bob and I leave for Jamaica on Monday. It's my spring break for school and Bob is still in his off season. We are very, very excited. We are going to a smaller and older resort but read a lot of reviews on it and heard nothing but good things. All I want is something clean, I don't care if it's not brand new. It's an adults only resort and even has a clothing optional beach. Hahaha. I'm sure the people there are the people who shouldn't be clothing optional!
Other than that not a whole lot new. School is going absolutely wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better semester. I love going to class every day and am getting excited about this summer's classes as well. I'm doing really well on all my tests so far, so I must be doing something right! It feels so GOOD to have my mojo back! Yippee! Well I better check the pizza and see what the two hooligans are up to. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
